Basically, you set prices for Features. Elfsquad CPQ keeps track of the total price during configuration. The total price is calculated by taking the prices of all selected Features. In this lesson, we are going to explore more advanced ways of calculating prices.
Sub-Organizations module
It is also possible to differentiate prices if you use, for example, dealers or sellers. This is possible with the additional module Sub-Organizations. With this module it is possible to set a specific price per organization/seller. You can do this by setting an upvalue or discount per Sub-Organization. You can then also determine whether a feature may or may not be sold by a particular Sub-Organization. In this lesson, the focus is on setting prices without using Sub-Organizations.
Price settings
If you are Admin you also have access to the Settings menu.
Here you can change the default VAT rate, among other things. In addition, you can choose to show the prices in the Order Entry and Showroom with VAT by default, so the default price is exclusive of VAT. You can also set discounts for Sub-Organizations.
