In the previous lesson, we’ve looked at pricing on a feature level. These Pricing options are manageable on the Feature itself. But there is another place where you can either manage pricing for Features and Configuration Models. It is even possible to determine which features and Configuration Models are sellable for different Sub-Organizations. In this lesson, we are going to look into these possibilities and how to work with them in your Environment.
Manage prices page
To get to the Manage prices page, follow these steps:
-
Open Elfsquad.
-
Under Masterdata, click on Manage Prices.
Manage Prices - Features
On this page, you can determine different kind of pricing for your Environment. When you open the page, you will be directed to the features overview. On this page, you can set different Sales Prices per Feature in your Database.
- Cost Price: Just like on the Feature level, this price is not directly editable. The cost price is determined by calculating the discounts and upvalue on the Feature.
- Sales price: is the initial price of the feature before any discount and upvalue is applied.
- Sellable: In the last column you can determine if a feature is sellable to certain Sub-organizations. If you want to know more about these, we would advise you to look at the Sub-organizations module.
Basically, with this function, you can set extra pricing options such as a Purchase Discount and a margin per Sub-Organization.
Manage Prices - Configuration Models
Just above the searchbar, you can switch to the Configuration Models page.
On this page, you can set another margin on a Configuration Model level. You can determine an extra layer of price margin. Lastly, you can also determine which Configuration model is sellable to which sub-organizations if you have access to this function.
