12.4 - Sellable Configurations

In some cases, a company sells multiple Configuration Models. But not every Configuration Model applies to every customer. With Sub-organizations, you can select which Configuration is sellable per Sub-organization. In this lesson we will go over how to set this in Elfsquad. 

Sellable Configurations

Not all configuration models apply for each customer, seller or dealer. With a Sub-organization, you can determine which Configuration Models are sellable per Sub-organization. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Sub-organizations page.

2. Click on the icon in the Sellable Column

3. Select which Configuration models are configurable by the CRM account. 

Note: if you use a showroom this only works for a logged in showroom. For the order entry it always works. 

The user will now only see the Configuration Models you've selected for the account to be sellable in the Showroom and Order entry. 

And that’s how you select Sellable Configurations for your Sub-organizations. In the overview page of sub-organizations, you also have the possibility to set prices for sub-organizations. In the next video, we are going to show you how to work with pricing with Sub-organizations.
