Open Elfsquad
-
Click on CRM accounts.
-
Click on the plus icon in the lower right corner.

A new window pops-up where you can fill in all the Information needed. Note: Try to fill in as much information as you can to prevent extra work after adding the CRM account. A CRM-account is focused on a company. When you click on the CRM-account you’ve just created you can see the contact information you’ve just filled in. When you scroll down you can see a field for contacts.
You can add multiple contacts in this field that are connected to you organization. You can also select which contact will be used as the Default Contact on quotations. This contact will be shown on the quotation by default. On the Quotation you can still change the Contact. Also, you can see which quotations are made with the CRM account. These will all be collected and shown in the Quotations field.
