9.8 - Fill sales comments in Exact Online

When configuring a product it may be necessary to have Sales comment attached to a specific Feature. With Elfsquad it is possible to do this by using a text expression. For example you want to send over the dimensions of a table to Exact online as a sales comment. 

Adding text expressions

To fill the sales comments in Exact Online, you first need to add text expressions to the Features in Elfsquad. To do this, follow these steps:

1.  Open the configuration model you want to add the text expression to

2. Click on the cog icon behind the Feature you want to give a sales comment

3. Click on the pencil in the Text Expression section

In the pop-up window you can specify what kind of sales comments you want to send over to Exact Online. For example: you want to specify the dimensions of a table in a Feature using a input field you have used in the configuration Model. In the text expression you will take the value of the input fields and will create a text with them as you can add them as variables to the text expression editor.

When the model is configured, added to a quotation and send to Exact Online. The Quotation will have a Sales comment added in Exact online.
