Checklist for Login Issues

Are you unable to log into the Elfsquad Management System (EMS)? Then read on. You can solve most login problems yourself. In the checklist below you will find some solutions to common login problems. Each solution is explained in more detail. 

It is advisable to follow the order of the checklist when trying to solve login problems yourself.

1. Delete cookies

It is possible that cookies prevent you from logging in to the EMS. Please try to delete the cookies in your browser first. Below you will find instructions on how to delete cookies for the most common browsers.

• Deleting cookies Google Chrome
• Delete cookies Firefox
• Delete cookies Internet Explorer
• Delete cookies Safari (Mac OS)

2. Setting the system time correctly

It is impossible to log into the EMS when your computer's system time does not roughly match the local time. Therefore, make sure that your computer's system time always (roughly) matches the local time when you try to log in to the EMS.

3. Reboot the computer

Sometimes you can't log into EMS until you restart your computer. If deleting cookies in your browser does not work, you can try restarting your computer.

4. Another computer

Try logging into EMS on a different computer. If you are able to log into EMS on another computer, the computer is the cause of the login problem. In this case, please contact Elfsquad Support and explain what you have tried to do to solve the problem yourself.

If you can also not log into the EMS on another computer, please contact Elfsquad Support and state what you have tried to resolve the issue yourself.
