Synchronizing relations is one of the first steps to create a working connections between Elfsquad and Exact Online. By synchronizing these relations, you will be able to use your Relations Data on a Quotation for example. Let’s dive into the EMS and look at how to synchronize the customer data from Exact to Elfsquad.
How to set up the Synch. Contacts setting
To set up the sync contact setting, follow these steps:

Open the EMS.

Go to the integrations page.

Click on the settings button on the Connected application of Exact Online.
You can synchronize the contact information from Exact to Elfsquad and vice versa. You can do both by following these steps:

By clicking on the first checkbox you can synchronize the Contact data from Exact Online to Elfsquad. This will import all the Contact data from Exact Online and will create CRM-accounts in your environment.

If you want Elfsquad to send information to Exact Online as well, then you check the second checkbox. We advise you to only do this if you really need it, to keep your master data as organized as possible.
We now determined that we want all contact data from Exact Online to be synchronized into Elfsquad. But the contact data is not yet imported into your Elfsquad Environment. One last step has to be performed.
Synchronizing Information
You may notice the Sync button on the Exact Online application on your integrations page. Whenever you change something in the settings. You have to click on this Synchronize button to make the integration send over information from Exact Online to Elfsquad and vice versa.
