Order Entry

The Order entry is used to configure products and create Quotations in the EMS. The configurator takes into account all dependencies, combinations and prices. It is also possible to visualize configurations in the Order entry. 

Showroom

The Showroom is an additional module with a strong focus on the visual implementation of the product configurator. The Showroom can be integrated in your website. 

Master Data

The products you want to configure must first be put in Elfsquad, this is done under the heading Master Data. 

Configuration Model

A product for example a truck, is a Configuration Model. Configuration Models consist of Features, these are the building blocks within Elfsquad CPQ. It is also possible to use Linked Configurations to connect multiple separate products. For example a production line that consists of different machines. During this course we will focus on a single product, the Roadmaster 100 a truck. With this example you will gain all the skill you need to create your own products.

Features

Features are the building blocks of Configuration Models. Features are very versatile, and in this course you will learn about the different possibilities of Features.

Quotations

When your configuration is finished, you can easily generate an error-free quotation. Using templates you can also ensure that the quotations match your corporate identity. When your quotation is ready you can synchronize it to another software solution, a CRM- system for example, by using an integration. 

Sub Organizations

Sub-organizations offer the possibility to distinguish between different sales organizations. In this way it is possible to determine which dealer/seller can sell which products and at what price.
